Frequently Asked Questions
Do you make smaller quantities?
Unfortunately no – menu items are priced accordingly, so they cannot be scaled down in any way. But, that’s a perfect excuse to share with others!
Can you deliver an order on the next day or on short notice?
No – all orders are processed as they are received, which means that if there are many orders before yours, those have to be fulfilled first.
I’ve got a food allergy, can you make a substitution?
No food substitutions can be made – this often has a negative effect on the final product’s taste, texture, and overall quality. All menu items are made in a kitchen that handles products containing nuts, gluten, and dairy, as these go into a majority of our items.
Do you do catering for a party? Can we do a bulk order for a corporate event?
At this moment there is no intention to offer catering services or corporate orders, simply due to the logistics involved.
How do you arrange deliveries? Can you deliver outside of Dubai?
All deliveries are handled through a third-party delivery company. Due to the costs involved, delivery is only available in Dubai for the moment.
Can I pick up my delivery in person?
In-person delivery is not available, except to a very select number of customers. And no, don’t ask how you can get on that list 😉

All deliveries are handled by a third party, and are packed as safely as possible for transport. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible if circumstances beyond our control lead to a damaged delivery. However, please reach out to us via the contact form with more details and we will see if we can assist.
Why is _______ priced at____? I can get it at ______ for cheaper!
Menu items are priced taking into the fact that this is a single-person operation that is not done full-time. There are no industrial ovens or large factory mixers to make large quantities of items for cheap – everything is made entirely from scratch to ensure the best quality. No frozen cookie dough, no pre-mixed batter – all items are made only when an order is received. The price you see covers the cost of ingredients, labour, packaging, electricity costs, and delivery fee.
