doodh is a pop-up food experience that goes wherever you need it to be. Born out of a desire for family-style dining, doodh showcases simple yet flavoursome food and desserts that connect friends and strangers around the dinner table. Prepare to fall in love with food all over again.

Meet The Chef

Hi, I'm Nick.

Growing up, I loved spending time in the kitchen with my mum. I would stand behind her and watch her effortlessly throw things into a pan, add in spices, seasonings, and liquids - all without actually measuring anything properly. It was always difficult to ask for a recipe because of this, and no matter how many times I try to replicate one of her dishes, it will never be as good. It was this love for food and cooking that helped me develop my own cooking skills later in life. I love cooking for other people, and the expressions on their faces when they taste my food is something I will always love.

doodh was formed out of a need to have a dining space that didn't feel as formal as a restaurant or high-end cafe. It's where you'd come for a strong cup of coffee and a slice of cake before settling in with your laptop for a long day of working out of the office. Or where you'd come when you didn't feel like cooking at home, but craved some wholesome food that would put a smile on your face.

Or if you'd just like to sit at a table with strangers and make new friends over dinner - this is what doodh aspires to be.
